FlightMood arranges flights, hotels, visas, transport and tours for customers across the UK. Everything is handled by a named consultant who quotes in writing, books it, and is still there if something goes wrong at two in the morning in another time zone.

We are not a comparison site. Comparison sites are good at showing you the cheapest fare on a simple route, and useless the moment a booking gets complicated — a multi-city itinerary, a group, a visa that needs an appointment, a cancelled flight the night before a wedding. That is the work we do.

How we charge

Our quotations show what the trip costs and what our fee is. Where we earn commission from a supplier, that is disclosed. You should never be surprised by a line on an invoice.

Financial protection

Protection depends on what you book — a flight-only booking, a package and a linked travel arrangement are treated differently in law. We state which applies to your booking on the quotation and the invoice, and issue the corresponding certificate where one is due.
